Privacy Policy | PhotoHumanizer

How PhotoHumanizer handles your images, purchases, and support requests.

Last updated: 2026-10-30

What we collect

When you choose an image, it stays in your browser until you start an edit. If you pay first, your browser may keep the chosen image temporarily so you can continue when you return. You can clear it through your browser settings.

We keep the information needed to provide your purchase and edits, such as your order, remaining edits, and service usage. Stripe or PayPal handles payment details, depending on the checkout method you choose. We receive payment confirmation and transaction details needed for your order and support; we do not receive your full card number. If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message.

How we use and share images

When you start an edit, we receive your image and share it with an image-processing provider to create the result. Your original and finished images are available to you through this service for up to 24 hours after the edit starts. The provider may retain copies under its own privacy practices. Please do not submit sensitive images you do not want processed by a third party.

We use service information to deliver edits, manage purchases and refunds, answer support requests, and protect the service. We do not sell your images. Essential browser storage helps you return to your purchase without registering. Optional cookie choices, where available, can be managed through the site's cookie settings.

Website analytics

We use Umami to understand visits and actions such as choosing an image, starting checkout and downloading a result. Analytics can include a broad acquisition source, such as ChatGPT, based on a recognized campaign label or referring domain. The source classification is kept in session storage for the current browser tab, including a return from the checkout provider, and attached to analytics events. We strip URL query strings and fragments and send only the referring origin, not its path. This tracking does not send images, payment tokens, task or order IDs, or account IDs. Where cookie choices are enabled, analytics waits for acceptance.

We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the website through clicks, scrolling, heatmaps and session replays. Microsoft receives website usage information, including page URLs and browser and device information, to help us improve the service. We mask the image-editing workspace in recordings. Where cookie choices are enabled, Clarity waits for acceptance before loading. Withdrawing acceptance clears its cookies and switches it to limited, cookie-free analytics. Without an explicit acceptance, we request cookie-free analytics; advertising storage is denied. Read the Microsoft Privacy Statement for details about Microsoft's data practices.

Your choices

You can clear images and session information stored in your browser. This may remove your direct access to unused edits; keep your payment receipt so we can help. For questions or requests about your information, contact support@photohumanizer.com. We may ask for transaction details to verify a request. Some purchase records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above shows when it was last updated.
